Dübendorf When: 01.08.2025 or upon availability Your mission:As IAM Service Owner, you ensure secure and reliable access to business applications and systems by managing the full identity lifecycle. You take ownership of the IAM service and platform, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Your work directly supports the organization's security posture and operational efficiency.Your tasks:Take ownership of the IAM service, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant identity and access processes across the organizationOperate and continuously improve the Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform and related IAM toolsTranslate business and regulatory requirements into technical IAM solutions and ensure their effective implementationMaintain integrations between IAM systems and key platforms such as Azure AD, Active Directory and business applicationsDefine and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and automated provisioning processes to enhance efficiency and securityMonitor service performance, manage incidents and escalations, and lead root cause analysis and service restoration effortsCollaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to align IAM services with organizational needs and compliance standardsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering relevant subjectProven experience as a Service Owner or in a leading IAM role, ideally with SailPoint and cloud-based IAM platformsEight years of experience in IT engineering at minimumStrong technical understanding and ability to connect business processes with IAM architectureA proactive, resilient mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and security awarenessProblem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured wayExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills in both German and EnglishWhat we offer:We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
