This position is part of the Private Clients division and works closely with the regional leadership team to help steer the market and contribute to the bank’s strategic ambitions in the region.In this role, you will support the local management in shaping and implementing the regional strategy, driving key initiatives, and coordinating the delivery of essential changes. The position offers a broad and dynamic range of responsibilities, including business management, sales and revenue monitoring, selected legal and compliance aspects, as well as organizational and strategic development topics. You will play a central role in ensuring effective collaboration across teams and in supporting the successful execution of regional priorities. **Business Manager – Lausanne** **Your Role :*** Support the LMD in the implementation of the local strategy and in alignment with the central Chief of Staff team* Organize, manage and effectively run operational and administrative tasks together with the LMD* Design, run and monitor key local initiatives or projects* Work in collaboration with Business Risk Management and the second line, i.e. Compliance, in mitigating and monitoring risks* Responsibility in organizing and running local governance, including team meetings, taking minutes, etc.* Act as the go-to person with operational topics related to the Romandie platform* Be an actor of change and sparring partner to the LMD* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Local Managing Director (LMD), manage calendars, schedule meetings **Your profile:*** University degree in Finance, Economics or in fields related to Business Administration* At least 3 years relevant work experience in the financial services industry (preferably private banking) with focus on front office, business development, consulting and/or management support* Excellent analytical skills combined with the capability to solve complex problems and handle multitasking* Good communication skills and “can do” attitude* Ability to operate in a senior environment with good understanding of organization dynamics* Advanced IT skills - especially in MS Office products and in business intelligence & analytics application Tableau* Fluent written and spoken in French and English.
