Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls
* Oversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
* Prepare including the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
* Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with CO/GAAP
* Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
* Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency
* Timely establish and submit tax returns
* Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
Qualifications
* Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
* Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
* Experience in controlling is a strong asset
* Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
* Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Fluent in English, French is a plus
* Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
