Known for reliability and innovation, they operate in a technically advanced and international environment.DescriptionConfigure and customise ERP and business applications based on organisational requirements.Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.Lead medium?complexity application projects (under six months).Provide second?level support and troubleshoot ERP?related issues.Analyse business processes and translate them into functional application requirements.Maintain and prioritise the application change request backlog.Coordinate with external partners involved in ERP and application management.Manage development, testing, and deployment of application updates.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for managed applications.Train and support key ERP users as needed.Contribute to IT risk management and best?practice processes.Participate in on?call rotation and occasional off?hours maintenance activities.ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.3-6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).Strong understanding of ITIL?based Service Management processes.Knowledge of product management and application lifecycle methodologies.Familiarity with security, application development, business analysis, and process modelling.Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.ERP? or application?related certifications are an asset.Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to simplify complex requirements.Customer?focused, solution?driven mindset.Ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams.Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.Job OfferTry & Hire structure: 6?month contract via Michael Page leading to a permanent internal role.Opportunity to work with modern ERP technologies in an innovative industrial environment.Meaningful role with direct impact on process optimisation and digital transformation. jid383ccc2afr jit0105afr jpiy26afr
