An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Manager to join one of Verbier’s most prestigious luxury chalets. This is a permanenet position, working 9 months over the year.
Sleeping up to 26 guests and offering outstanding wellness and entertainment facilities, this property delivers an unrivalled luxury ski as well as summer experience for high-net-worth international clientele.
We are seeking a polished hospitality professional to support the General Manager in delivering seamless five-star service within this remarkable residence.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily management of the chalet, ensuring impeccable standards of service, presentation, and guest care throughout the property. You will support the General Manager in leading the service team, coordinating food and beverage and house operations, and overseeing the smooth delivery of a fully catered luxury experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring discretion, attention to detail, and a passion for personalised service.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the overall management of chalet operations
* Deliver exceptional, intuitive guest service to an international clientele
* Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team
* Coordinate fine dining service and bar operations
* Oversee spa and wellness area presentation and guest experience
* Manage guest requests, itineraries, and special arrangements
* Ensure health, safety, and luxury service standards are maintained
* Deputise for the Manager when required

Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in luxury chalets, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality
* Strong food and beverage service knowledge
* Experience supervising teams in a premium environment
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Fluent English and French essential; additional languages advantageous
