Responsibilities
Manage a wide range of laboratory equipment across the full lifecycle: onboarding, preventive maintenance, metrological checks, decommissioning, and GMP-compliant documentation
Coordinate external service providers for maintenance activities
Conduct equipment log reviews and ensure compliant archiving of equipment raw data
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as lab teams, QA, and IT
Participate in the improvement and standardization of metrology routines
Support during customer audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
Qualifications
Education as a lab technician, Techniker HF, or equivalent qualification
Hands‑on experience in laboratory equipment handling, maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in GMP regulated environment
Strong technical interest, ideally with an affinity to IT systems
Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
Proactive team player with a hands‑on mentality and attention to detail
Very good English; German is an advantage
