What you’ll do:
* You will take the lead and be responsible for implementation in smaller CX and CRM projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Together with the team, you will support the design of processes and customer experiences.
* In sub-projects, you will work closely with customers and partner companies to ensure smooth coordination.
* After careful analysis, you will advise customers on optimizing processes, organization, and customer experiences—with a focus on best practices, use cases, and data strategies in sales.
* In addition, you will actively participate in presales activities and support our sales team.
* You will always keep an eye on project goals, schedules, and quality.
What you’ll bring:
* You have 3–5 years of experience in IT projects or consulting.
* You enjoy actively implementing projects.
* You have already gained initial experience in stakeholder and expectation management.
* With your confident manner and clear communication skills, you are at ease at all levels.
* You are particularly interested in CRM processes (sales, marketing, service, field service) and CX topics.
* You always put the customer at the center of your actions.
* You have very good German and English skills.
* Self-motivation, a love of learning, and enthusiasm for new technologies round out your profile.
