Responsibilities:
* Line cooking and being in charge in all food preparation in the section
* Working in any section of the kitchen
* Chef tournant
* Able to work in the Patisserie under supervision and help from our Sous Chefs
Candidates:
* Are very well organized and structured
* Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further
* Have organization skills
* Able to work whilst in a busy environment
* Communicatively in English
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar or same position is expected
* Strong interpersonal skills and hard working person
* High end cooking experience is essential
* Casual cooking and catering experience is essential
* Knowledge of international cuisines and Pastry
* Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
* Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and a commitment to the school's values and ethos
* You are allowed to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA)
