We are looking for you as Store Manager as soon as possible. SHARE YOUR TALENT

As a Shop Manager in the luxury segment, you will be responsible for achieving our sales and customer experience goals together with your team. This means for you, among other things:

o Professional customer advice and top customer service, which is lived by every team member on a daily basis.
o Excellent operational management (e.g. personnel planning, cash, stock, visual merchandising, recruitment, ...) incl. daily KPI management & optimization
o Creation of an integrative team and a thriving training and coaching environment, always based on a constructive feedback culture.

BE YOURSELF

We are looking for authentic personalities with professional experience who love to create unique customer experiences.

o As a proactive people leader, you always set the best example, are empathetic and solution-oriented.
o You also have the following qualities: excellent use of digital tools, structured way of working, flexibility, effective communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge)
o Affinity for beauty and at least 2 years of experience in managing staff in a lifestyle or service-oriented industry (e.g. retail, luxury retail, retail): Retail, luxury retail, retail, cosmetics, fashion, fashion, cruise ship, hotel industry, gastronomy, luxury gastronomy).
