Your Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of approximately 20 production employees (2- to 3-shift operations, including shift leaders and machine operators)
* Organize, manage, and continuously optimize production processes
* Ensure on-time delivery, high quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
* Support budget planning and actively manage costs and inventory
* Initiate and implement projects to improve processes and products
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Promote a learning organization through employee development and coaching
Your Profile:
* Several years of experience as a production manager or production team leader, ideally in the metalworking industry
* Strong knowledge of production planning and control in an industrial environment
* Proven leadership experience
* Ability to drive change and implement improvements successfully
* Strong quality awareness and interest in innovative steel products
* Negotiation skills, solution-oriented, socially competent, and team player
* Excellent German and good English
