The successful candidate will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, integrating life cycle, and managing operational and budgetary aspects, with a focus on strategic innovation to foster synergies between heritage and the second-hand market.PLAYING YOUR PARTHERITAGE ENHANCEMENT LEAD ENHANCEMENT PROJECTSYou will design and organize exhibitions, events, or cultural partnerships highlighting the collectionsYou will develop mediation materials adapted to different audiencesYou will collaborate with internal and external teamsYou will ensure the visibility of the heritage departmentSECOND MARKET LEAD PROJECTS RELATED TO THE CIRCULAR ECONOMYYou will participate in structuring and promoting the second-hand market for the Manufacture's watches and watch componentsYou will lead projects for the restoration, refurbishment, or transformation of old or obsolete pieces, collaborating with the department's watch expert, manufacture workshops, and partnersYou will develop communication and education initiatives to promote the durability and heritage value of pre-owned piecesYou will collaborate with sales teams, resale platforms, and collectors, to boost the second market while preserving authenticity and historyYou will identify strategic partnerships to broaden access to collections and enhance their attractivenessTRANSVERSAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEAD MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROJECTSYou will manage complex projects involving multiple internal departments and external partnersYou will integrate product lif-cycle dimension into transversal projects aligning with second-hand market challengesYou will develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resourcesYou will report regularly to management on project progress, results, and sustainable impactYou will innovate and propose new project opportunities and strategic development axes, particularly focusing on synergies between heritage and the second marketWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?Success in this role will requireA Master’s degree in cultural project management, heritage mediation, auctions, or equivalent, with a specialization in watchmaking, circular economy, or the luxury sectorA strong experience in Heritage or cultural project management, ideally in a demanding environment (luxury, watchmaking, museums) with coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external partnershipsA strong knowledge of the second market and strong understanding of its mechanisms, as well as collection enhancement challenges and sensitivity to vintage watchesAbility to design mediation materials and lead events or exhibitionsProficiency in project management methodologiesCreativity, sense of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigor, organization, and autonomyFluency in English and FrenchVacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
