You will initially oversee 2–3 tone. studios, transitioning to a single studio as the Head Coach & Community Manager as the team grows. This role requires significant in-studio presence, so we ask candidates to indicate their preferred studio location during the application. Final studio assignment is determined through the interview process, and we may suggest an alternative location if we believe it is a stronger fit.What you will doCoach & lead the experienceMaintain a full teaching schedule – 8-14 classes per week, with availability across mornings, evenings and weekendsDeliver best-in-class tone. classes that consistently meet the coaching quality standard – you are the benchmarkFollow tone. programming, springs, and playlist guidelines for a consistent, on-brand studio experienceOwn the in-studio client journey – new client welcome and follow-up, retention conversations, proactive outreach to lapsing membersSupport in-studio sales – know current packages and promotions, build client loyalty through the experience and the relationshipBe the first point of contact for client concerns; respond promptly and escalate where neededBuild relationships with the local wellness community to strengthen tone.'s presence and drive organic growth through marketing supportDevelop the teamDeliver weekly informal touchpoints with each coach – one specific, actionable piece of feedback per conversationRun monthly scorecard review with each coach – own the development conversation between formal check-ins with the Head of Product & TrainingSupport new coach training during ITP cohorts – in-studio support and feedback sessions, as neededFlag coaches who are below standard; support the execution of any improvement plansWork with the Head of Product & Training to organize at least one team touchpoint per quarter – workshop, training, or team event that builds cohesion and cultureRun the studioEnsure the studio opens and closes on brand – equipment is impeccable, coaches are prepared, standards are met dailyManage sub requests and schedule coverage at the studio level; escalate scheduling infrastructure to the Area Manager and/or Head of Operations (as applicable)Hold coaches accountable to pre and post-class duties – client engagement, announcements, studio checklist, & community building supportMonitor studio-level client data – utilization, retention, new client tracking, & member growthParticipate in regular meetings with the Area Manager and/or Head of Operations (as applicable) and Head of Product & Training; provide honest, timely updates on team and studio healthWhat we are looking for2-3 years of group fitness coaching experience – boutique studio background preferred, but strong coaches from any format are welcomeProven track record of strong class utilization and client retentionExperience giving feedback or developing other coaches – formally or informallyComfortable on a mic leading high-energy classes with loud music and a full roomGenuine investment in the growth of the people around you – their success feels like yoursYou coach for the brand, not for yourself – client relationships belong to tone., not to you personallyFlexible availability – mornings, evenings, and weekends; able to accommodate fluctuating studio needsEnglish required; German is a strong plustone.
