Business Development
* Identify and develop new clients in Life Sciences and industry
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers
* Define consulting services and lead contract negotiations
Recruitment & Team Management
* Recruit and interview engineering consultants
* Build and manage your own consulting team
* Support consultants’ development and ensure client satisfaction
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Economics
* 0–3 years of experience
* Fluent in English and French, your German must be operational
* Strong interest in sales, consulting, and entrepreneurship
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
