Your Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Manage operational trading of strategies and monitor the performance of trading stack
* Engage with brokers, make markets over messaging platforms, respond to platform requests for quote
* Do post-trade analysis to identify improvements to trading algorithms
* Research new alpha signals in volatility space
* Run simulations on, and optimize our trading model
* Automate trading processes
* Build analysis tools for trading
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top university in: financial-engineering/mathematics/physics
* Outstanding academic achievements (awards, participation in International Mathematical Olympiad etc.) are a strong plus
* Excellent mathematical abilities
* Excellent programming skills in Python (must be able to prove relevant work in python)
* Experience with options pricing and risk management
* Deep knowledge of crypto spot and derivatives markets
* Willing to work on flexible hours, and public holidays
* Able to multitask and work under pressure
