Start Date : August 2023 Duration : 3-6 Months - possible extension Utilization : 80-100% Location : Zürich, Switzerland For a boutique international asset manager, we are seeking a mid-level legal counsel to advise on legal and compliance matters related to the group's daily business activities during a period of growth. Responsibilities: Partner with the Head of Legal and team members to support daily tasks related to legal and compliance management of the group Advise on the development of solutions, reviewing offering documentation, contract negotiation, and regulatory issues impacting funds and investment vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg Manage corporate secretary duties relating to the asset management group’s entities Liaise with outside counsel Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management either in-house or in private practice Strong technical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to structured products and investment vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg Excellent drafting skills, communication skills and attention to detail is essential Must be highly organized and efficient with the ability to drive projects and deliver against set timelines Common or Civil law qualified Fluency in English both written and verbal.
