You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to implementation - thanks to your technical expertise, you advise your clients on various heating systems, always with the goal of finding the ideal solution. You actively support your clients throughout the project and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With your sense of market opportunities, you gain new clients and build lasting relationships, and as a representative of the leading Vaillant brand, you contribute significantly to growth in your sales sector and to strengthening our market presence. Your expertise and commitment make you a key player in our success, creating real added value for our clients through targeted advice and tailored solutions. You work closely with internal departments such as internal service and accounting to ensure smooth customer follow-up and processes, which makes us succeed togetherYou have completed technical training, ideally in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), or an equivalent, and you wish to put your knowledge into practice. Previous experience in external sales is clearly an advantage, and you are ready to take on new challenges. Your technical affinity and market sense distinguish you, allowing you to explain complex products understandably. You enjoy customer contact – both by phone and in person – and know how to establish positive relationships through your engaging personality and persuasive talent. You are motivated, ambitious, and show a strong commitment to objectives, celebrating successes together. Availability, perseverance, and conviction are not foreign words to you – you embody them in your work.
