Warehouse & Production Operator (6M Contract)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Production Operator to join our team. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent outcome.
You will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound goods flow, inspecting stocks, recording materials received, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining shipment records.
Responsibilities
* Managing warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching goods.
* Inspecting stocks to identify damaged products and reporting on findings.
* Recording all materials received in the ERP system and using warehouse management systems.
* Preparing outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate records.
* Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
* Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
Production Responsibilities
* Launching production orders following make-to-stock and make-to-order strategies.
* Managing manufacturing processes in the ERP system.
* Performing final product releases.
* Applying and adhering to Medical Devices production standards (GxPs).
Requirements
* DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSING OPERATIONS, WITH RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT PREP.
* Prior exposure to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific products with knowledge of GxPs highly valuable.
* Comfortable using ERP Software and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Meticulous, highly organized, and comfortable working at pace.
* Strong fluency in English required.

The Process
