Base pay range
CHF100,000.00/yr - CHF115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Implement company, market, and pricing strategies within assigned customer territory to meet sales and volume targets.
* Systematically develop the market to ensure sustainable market penetration and customer loyalty.
* Assist in creating and monitoring budgets and sales figures in collaboration with the sales manager.
* Provide technical advice on product range, applications, and usage as the primary contact for customers.
* Conduct application training, organize customer events, and support on-site operations.
Qualifications
* Technical or commercial basic training with further education in technical or business administration.
* Experience in field sales or as an operating room manager, preferably in medical technology.
* Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
* High willingness to travel, independent working style, and passion for knowledge sharing.
* Excellent German skills (minimum C2) and fluent in Italian and English.
