Proclinical is seeking a Production Operator (Operateur de production) specializing in pharmaceutical visual inspection for a role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on manual visual inspection processes for active pharmaceutical substances and requires working in a 2x8 shift pattern.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform manual visual inspection activities for pharmaceutical substances following routine and non-routine processes.
2. Adhere to cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards.
3. Identify and report technical or organizational issues.
4. Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
5. Propose and implement continuous improvement ideas.
6. Maintain production area standards and cleanliness.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and leadership behaviors.
8. Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
9. Educational background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or equivalent (BAC+2 or similar).
10. Experience in manual visual inspection or binocular magnifier control; prior experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or watch industries is advantageous.
11. Familiarity with cGMP standards and controlled atmosphere environments.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2 level).
14. Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
15. Flexible, dynamic, and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
16. Physical requirements: 10/10 vision (with or without glasses) and non-colorblind.
