Description Position Summary Under limited supervision and general direction, and in compliance with all applicable government regulations and ASP policies, procedures, and guidelines, this role is responsible for executing and supporting regional indirect sourcing activities across EMEA. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver cost savings, supplier performance, and operational excellence across assigned indirect categories. Key Responsibilities Support and execute ASP regional indirect sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services. Establish and maintain effective communication mechanisms with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements, gather input into sourcing strategies, and drive alignment and adoption for targeted categories. Support the deployment and adoption of Fortive preferred suppliers across the region. Lead regional project management activities for savings initiatives, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting business‑specific savings projects. Partner with functional stakeholders to select preferred suppliers and actively manage supplier performance to ensure consistent achievement of QDCI requirements. Prepare, negotiate, and execute Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and competitive bid packages using RFIs and RFPs. Support regional Fleet and Travel programs across EMEA. Manage iBUY marketplace customer service responsibilities for the EMEA region. Provide sourcing and supplier management support for additional regional services, including Telecom and EMEA Real Estate. Perform other related duties as required to support regional business needs. Key Performance Measures Performance will be measured by, but not limited to, the following: Achievement of annualized cost‑savings targets Improvement and extension of Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) Supplier consolidation, development, and compliance with the preferred supplier base Supplier performance and relationship management against defined performance indicators Effective communication and deployment of sourcing strategies to business owners
