About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in modeling and implementing revenue management strategies, performing critical data analysis, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage market execution data to evaluate product and portfolio performance, and identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
* Develop a performance scorecard to monitor compliance with pricing corridors and strategies, and facilitate the implementation of dynamic pricing models and revenue management systems.
* Analyze portfolio profitability across regions and channels, and make assortment recommendations as needed.
* Support the FP&A team in developing accurate annual revenue forecasts and targets aligned with business goals.
* Create KPIs related to revenue, pricing execution, and market trends, and design and implement reports that provide insights into revenue performance and strategic recommendations.
* Utilize CDS systems to identify training needs and develop curricula, programs, and content to prepare for career advancement within the company.
* Provide feedback to managers regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
* Support bi-annual pricing strategy sprints by analyzing performance and providing initial insights.
* Assist in maintaining the pricing playbook and templates for ongoing management.
* Recommend guidelines for promotional pricing and activities to incorporate into pricing plans.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to promote growth and operational efficiency.
* Facilitate weekly, monthly, and biannual activities related to revenue management strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, finance, or sales within a CPG company, preferably with revenue management or pricing responsibilities.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies, market conditions impacting pricing, price elasticity, and B2B value chains.
* Proven strong analytical and technical skills managing large datasets.
* Proficiency with systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
* Advanced knowledge of consumer price volume data (Nielsen, NABCA, etc.).
* Strong communication skills.
