Ph3Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Lead, Cell Therapy /h3pThe Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Lead (SCPL) represents Global Supply Chain for clinical phase products in the BMS Cell Therapy pipeline. The SCPL is a core member of critical matrix teams for assigned programs (i.e. CMC Team, GO Team, and associated sub-teams) and leads a matrixed supply chain sub-team. This individual may also be a people manager/leader for a small direct team. /ppThe SCPL collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and evolve multi-year supply strategies, translates supply-related program deliverables and risks into the Supply Demand Operations Planning (SDOP) process, and drives end-to-end supply solutions in collaboration with functional and cross-functional team members.
