Tasks
This role requires a strong background in interior engineering and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities include developing and improving cabin standard concepts that meet safety, comfort, and aesthetic requirements:
* Coordinate with departments for cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups per industry standards
* Select potential PMA / EPA components in compliance with FAA / EASA regulations, providing technical support to manufacturing and quality teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of PMA / EPA components
* Analyze and evaluate the performance of galley inserts, identifying areas for improvement
* Manage shop visits, overhaul programs, and modification campaigns for galley inserts
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for improvements and support internal repair capabilities

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in cabin interior standards
* Strong knowledge of FAA / EASA regulations and certification processes
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
