The Giuliani Group is an Italian pharmaceutical group with a strong international footprint, and Laboratoires Bailleul is one of its flagship companies, specialised in dermatology and trichology. /p pAs part of our continued international expansion, we are recruiting a Quality Manager (M/F) to oversee the Quality Management System across Laboratoires Bailleul International and Laboratoires Bailleul Switzerland. This role reports directly to the Quality, CMC Pharmacovigilance Director. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Quality System Management /h3 ul liSupervise the implementation and ongoing development of the Quality Management System in line with standards defined by the Quality Director. /li liDraft and monitor quality procedures, and support their roll-out across the organisation. /li liContribute to the development of the Group Quality System and ensure consistent application. /li liTrack performance indicators and prepare corresponding monitoring reports. /li liHelp prepare management reviews and propose actions to maintain and evolve the quality system. /li liAnalyse quality documents from subcontractors and service providers, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate actions. /li liFoster cross-functional collaboration across departments and subsidiaries around quality processes. /li /ul h3Quality Assurance Operations /h3 ul liMonitor certifications and authorisations for all Group partners. /li liOversee implementation of Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with subcontractors and service providers. /li liManage deviations and complaints for Laboratoires Bailleul International, Switzerland, and their subsidiaries. /li liMaintain partner relationships on quality issues and ensure timely resolution. /li liParticipate in ongoing stability studies and Product Quality Reviews for pharmaceutical products. /li liOversee the quality audit plan for all partners, review audit reports, and manage CAPA follow-up. /li liConduct and support internal audits, and participate in external audits and Health Authority inspections as needed. /li liSupport Change Control management across product types within the Group. /li liDevelop training materials and deliver training to teams across the Group’s entities. /li /ul h3Regulatory Scientific Monitoring /h3 ul liMonitor national and international regulatory and scientific developments relevant to the Group’s activities. /li liAssess the impact of new regulations on Laboratoires Bailleul International, Switzerland, and their partners. /li liProvide quality-related guidance and compliance support to internal departments including development, export, supply chain, purchasing, marketing, and finance. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 pbEducation: /b PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology /p pbExperience: /b 8–10 years in a pharmaceutical environment /p pbTechnical expertise: /b Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing and Quality Systems /p pbLanguages: /b Fluent in English and French (both mandatory) /p pbPersonal skills: /b Detail-oriented, analytical, with excellent writing abilities /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
