Working Student Junior Microsoft Solutions Manager & Support Specialist (m/w/d)
As part of the Business Analysis & Application Development team, you will support the development and continuous improvement of business applications and digital solutions. The team works closely with business and IT, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and data‑driven applications. In this role, you will contribute to the support and implementation of Microsoft‑based solutions and digital process improvements.
* Provide first‑level support for Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Power BI
* Handle user requests and incidents, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve solutions
* Support the planning and implementation of projects in the areas of Microsoft Solutions and Data Management
* Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of modern Microsoft‑based solutions
* Help deliver training sessions and workshops to enable efficient use of Microsoft tools
* Take on junior project responsibilities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

* Ongoing or completed education in an IT‑related field (e.g. Business Information Technology, Computer Science, CAS in IT or data‑related disciplines)
* First experience in IT or project environments and a solid interest in Microsoft technologies
* Knowledge of or certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and/or Power BI are a plus
* A structured, reliable working style with a strong service and quality mindset
* Fluent German and proficient English required. Working proficiency in French is a plus.
* Team spirit, analytical thinking, a quick grasp of new topics, and motivation to learn and develop further
