Your Profile
- Completed commercial education, ideally with experience as a secretary, office administrator, or similar background
- Service-oriented, reliable, and precise way of working
- Solid IT skills (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude for learning new IT systems
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
- Flexible and open, with interest in international contacts
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular office hours (webinar support in the evening once every fortnight)

Employment Conditions
Workload: 50% position (to be distributed across at least 4 working days per week)
