Company Overview: Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking a backend/infrastructure engineer intern to join the team on a full-time basis. Job Summary: We are offering a Backend / Infrastructure Engineering Internship for a person with strong skills who can write code in Rust and knows Kubernetes/Terraform basics and is interested in cryptocurrencies particularly EVM chains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and extend internal tooling for our EVM based realtime risk management platform.
* Build integrations with DeFi protocols
* Support our backend infrastructure for portfolio managers and data analysts.
* Optimize CI/CD processes to speed up compilation times.
* Work closely with the Software team to improve the reliability of our software stack.
* Join our SecOps team to review and harden Github policies.
Key Requirements:
* Strong Interest in the Cryptocurrency and especially DeFi space.
* Rust and Solidity knowledge would be considered a strong asset.
* An understanding of the security concerns specific to web3 development practices.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, be independent and be flexible.
* Self-motivated, disciplined and detail-oriented.
