Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Corporate Legal Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on various corporate law projects.
Key responsibilities will include managing legal affairs for our brand internationally, advising on marketing, distribution, purchasing, logistics, customer service, finance, and human resources. You will also contribute to international projects such as product launches, online sales growth, and IT solution implementation.
Additional responsibilities will include providing guidance on distribution and competition law, preparing related contracts, defending intellectual property rights, negotiating marketing contracts for events and advertising campaigns, handling labor law and data protection topics, negotiating leases, and addressing digitalization and social media-related legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage legal affairs for the brand internationally, advising on marketing, distribution, purchasing, logistics, customer service, finance, and human resources.

* Provide guidance on distribution and competition law, prepare related contracts, defend intellectual property rights, negotiate marketing contracts for events and advertising campaigns.
* Handle labor law and data protection topics, negotiate leases, and address digitalization and social media-related legal issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Solid knowledge of Swiss law and admission to practice or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
* Experience with international commercial projects and negotiating complex contracts with international counterparts.
* Native French or German speaker with excellent proficiency in the other language and comfort working in multiple languages.
* Strong ability to perceive legal and economic linkages, assess opportunities and risks, and proactively propose solutions.
* Proven negotiation skills, perseverance, and the ability to advise leadership concisely and pragmatically to facilitate decision-making.
* Conscientious, loyal, resilient to stress, flexible, and able to prioritize effectively in any situation.
