You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge at our Global Headquarters in Pratteln, typically followed by a next step within the company, allowing further development of your skills and experience in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
* Taking full ownership of key tasks in Controlling, focusing on performance analysis and top management reporting
* Actively contributing to international finance projects, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives
* Supporting the financial planning process, including target setting and investment evaluation
* Building a strong cross-functional and regional network within the company to support your long-term career development
Requirements
* Outstanding academic qualifications: Master’s degree from an established university, ideally with a focus in Finance or related fields
* Strong leadership potential with the aim to assume a leadership role in the future
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Ability to analyze complex issues and exert influence through analysis
* High level of commitment and openness to international mobility
