Responsibilities
* In this role, you will be involved in both strategic and operational purchasing activities :
* Define and manage the supplier panel for indirect categories.
* Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct sourcing activities and supplier audits.
* Manage purchase orders and follow-up, ensuring compliance and delivery.
* Handle claims, lead negotiations on pricing, general and specific conditions.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide value.
Education
Degree in Business, complemented with a Master's in Purchasing / Supply Chain. An Industrial Engineering background may also be considered if combined with relevant purchasing experience.
Experience
Junior-level position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect procurement (industrial or non-industrial).
Languages
Excellent command of English and French is mandatory.
Experience in luxury, retail, cosmetics or related sectors will be highly valued.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills : proactive, curious, fast learner, and service-oriented towards internal clients.
