Junior Online Brand Protection Coordinator

Overview and purpose of the role :
The Junior Online Brand Protection Coordinator will take part in the Maison's Stopfake program against counterfeit goods online
Responsibilities :
In this newly created position, and reporting to the Legal Director responsible for global IP Enforcement, the successful candidate will participate in the continuity and constant adaptability of the Maison's Stopfake program against counterfeit goods, notably by:
* Monitoring:
* Social media
* Marketplaces
* Search engines
* Fake websites
* Litigious domain names
* Preparing, filing, and following up on reports to technical operators
* Conducting in-depth cross-platform investigations
* Liaising with the IP Enforcement Team so they can act on the field (Online-to-Offline cases)
* Maintaining Stopfake page
* Spreading awareness and providing support to internet users
* Internal compilation of data, and reporting
Profile :
* Between 6 months and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience
* University degree in Intellectual Property Law and/or in Web/Multimedia/Digital matters
* This position is 100% Internet-oriented. As such, a solid interest in the digital world is required.
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). An additional language such awould be a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and manage deadlines.
* Adaptable, flexible, and autonomous
* Team player – able to collaborate and communicate with positivity, open-minded and fun.
