We are seeking a Medior/Senior AEM Tech Lead to reinforce the client Intranet stream. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Geneva, offering the opportunity to work closely with both EPAM and client teams.
This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the client, understand their business needs and translate them into robust, scalable and high-performing AEM solutions.
Responsibilities
* Drive the technical design and end-to-end delivery of AEM-based solutions
* Provide deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, OSGi, Sling and JCR
* Develop and maintain AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows
* Integrate AEM with APIs, headless AEM and third-party systems
* Implement Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
* Ensure performance, security and scalability in all technical solutions
Requirements
* Proven experience as an AEM Tech Lead or similar role
* Strong knowledge of AEM (Sites, Assets, OSGi, Sling, JCR)
* Experience with AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows
* Hands-on experience with API integration, headless AEM and third-party systems
* Familiarity with Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
* Comfortable working directly with clients on their premises
* Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
* Fluent in French
