Executive IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional IT support to senior executives and their teams.
About the Role
* Provide expert technical assistance to senior leaders, including immediate resolution of technical issues and escalations.
* Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot audio-visual equipment as needed.
* Maintain open communication on issue status and resolution.
* Update tickets for all reported incidents.
In your daily work, you will also be responsible for:
* Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, Windows 10 and above OS, Office/M365, MS Teams, MS Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex.
* Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting printers, computer hardware.
* Supporting remote and on-site meetings, ensuring seamless connectivity, audiovisual equipment setup, and technical assistance as needed.
* Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
* Performing remedial repairs on other authorized peripheral equipment.
Your Background
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on executive-level support.
* Fluent in both English and German.
You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with senior leadership. Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required is also essential.
