Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
* Be an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations
* Participating meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
* Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function
Qualifications For The Role
* Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential
* Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
* High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
* Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the swiss labour market
* A solution-focused approach, effective written and spoken communication skills
* A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
* Fluency in English and German
