For our client in the defense industry in Zurich (Fully remote within Europe), we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - CMMC.
This critical role will map the compliance data flow, propose new business processes and people's ways of working toensure compliance.

Your tasks:
* Process Analysis and Improvement:
o Lead and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders and users
o Map and analyze CUI data flow to provide a scope for the compliance
o Analyze existing end-to-end business processes
o Propose new ways of working to ensure compliance
* Propose process update: Based on the compliance (regulatory) requirements and your review of the existing
business processes, propose what processes and procedures need to be updated and how across various business functions like sales and marketing, project management, engineering/ manufacturing, order to cash and so on
Update existing processes:
* Collaborate with local process owners, review the proposed processes with business, obtain respective approvals, update the processes using respective format and required steps
* Collaborate with business anlysts on another business project: To ensure there is an alignment and no duplication
* Collaborate with IT and IS (Information Security teams): align on the scope, support documents, process and SOPs creation
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across many business functions and global programs
* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation as required at country level
Your profile:
* 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on end-to-end process mapping, SOP development, and documentation using tools like Visio
* Good knowledge of CMMC, NIST, and DFARS, with experience supporting compliance and regulatory initiatives, including interpreting requirements and assessing process impacts
* Cross-functional business understanding, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, with the ability to bridge gaps between business areas
* Proven collaboration with IT and Information Security, with understanding of applications, networks, infrastructure, and how IT and IS should interact
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and align diverse business stakeholders across roles and functions
* Expertise in documentation and reporting, with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to capturing business requirements and regulatory changes
* Experience working in multicultural, international environments, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead or support cross-functional teams
* Fluency in English
* Security relevant function: Excellent, clean personal record is required
