Senior IS Contract-, Sourcing- and Closure Expert
This role involves leading strategic initiatives to secure high-value contracts for software, IT services, and infrastructure/hardware categories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sourcing process from engagement to contract signature, including RFQ/RFP management and negotiations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage large-scale sourcing projects across all IS categories.
* Define negotiation strategies, set targets, and develop a governance framework for effective contract closure.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive deal structuring, align vendor portfolios, and negotiate favorable terms.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and subject matter experts (legal, tax, security, privacy & finance).
* Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IS delivery models to ensure alignment with business objectives.
