On a daily basis, you put your expertise at the service of each client to support and advise them on solutions adapted to their needs. With solid experience in sales, you play a key role in the development of Assura and the satisfaction of its clients.
What you do daily
You develop your clientele by relying on your network and meeting new clients. To support this dynamic, you actively engage in the design and implementation of commercial actions, linked to field challenges and your team’s priorities.
Listening to expectations and understanding needs guide your approach: you support each client by offering adapted solutions and build a lasting and quality relationship with them.
You ensure rigorous follow-up of exchanges and administrative procedures, to offer an optimal and professional experience from the first contact. Your organisational skills and ability to create connections allow you to quickly establish a relationship of trust and offer personalised support.
Upon arrival, a comprehensive training programme allows you to familiarise yourself with our offers, methods, and culture. You join a committed, caring, and supportive team, with a manager who supports you daily.
What you bring to the team
You have a commercial education and confirmed experience in sales, notably in the insurance, banking, or services sectors. Ideally, you have obtained the AFA insurance intermediary certification.
Recognised for your professionalism and integrity, your communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit are also appreciated, as well as your autonomy and sense of responsibility.
You have a personal vehicle for your regional travel and appreciate the flexibility to organise your activity within a structured framework.
