We are opening a position for a Senior Service Delivery Manager in Artificial Intelligence and Power Platform to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva.
This role is designed to provide strategic and technical support to the Director of the Applicant Incubator Division within the ICT Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing the development and integration of AI-based solutions, while also managing initiatives related to the Microsoft Power Platform. The position is split evenly between AI-focused responsibilities and Power Platform supervision.
Responsibilities of the Role
* Lead the planning, development, and testing of AI-based systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Supervise the transformation of business needs into technical designs, maintaining compatibility with existing systems.
* Actively contribute to software development phases, including analysis, design, and implementation.
* Manage internal and external development resources, and produce key documentation such as design specifications and release notes.
* Establish and enforce Agile development practices to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Oversee Power Platform projects, guiding the creation and integration of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Facilitate communication with stakeholders for sprint planning, prioritization, and validation of deliverables.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in managing AI-related projects, including deployment and monitoring of intelligent systems.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and their application in business process automation.
* Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
* Solid background in ICT project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
* Hands-on development experience, particularly with Java, JavaScript, and web-based architectures.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
* Familiarity with classification systems and AI applications in legal or administrative domains is a plus.
