As the Accounting Manager, you will lead and manage a team of accounting staff, fostering high performance, development, and team cohesion.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Country Head of Finance, managing local accounting staff, overseeing local accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including month end reporting & reconciliation, filing of statutory financial statements and tax submissions, managing internal & external audits, and supporting Group Treasury hedging activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
Key skills and qualifications include demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and plan the work of assigned accounting teams, strong understanding of OTC and PTP processes, general accounting principles and financial reporting; expertise in RTR is a plus, proficient in ERP systems and accounting software, and fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
