WEB EXPERIENCE / E-COMMERCE PROJECT LEADER %
Job description
This role will lead end-to-end projects that enhance user experience, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems and channels. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a passion for delivering customer-centric online experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end eCommerce and web experience projects, guiding them from conception through execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
2. User Experience Optimization: Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, design teams, and external partners to ensure technical capabilities align with commercial aims.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide improvements in design and functionality, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
5. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with development teams to integrate systems, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform stability and performance.
Profile
6. Demonstrated experience leading digital/eCommerce initiatives, ideally within retail or consumer brand sectors.
7. Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and digital commerce ecosystems.
8. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-level eCommerce platforms.
9. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and CMS platforms.
10. Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principles.
11. Familiarity with omnichannel commerce and mobile-first strategy approaches.
Professional requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced digital environment.
Languages
In addition, you are fluent in English, additional language is an advantage.
