About The Role
As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with Soverli’s CEO on strategic, operational, and cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll be taking ownership of high‑priority projects, handling operational and strategic tasks, and ensuring that the organization can move quickly and effectively. This is a high‑impact, high‑exposure role where you’ll work closely with engineering, product, operations, and early customers across Europe. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English and German, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a desire to contribute across product, market, operations, and strategy. It is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants accelerated learning, broad responsibility, and a front‑row seat to building a deep‑tech company redefining digital sovereignty.
What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of cross‑functional projects and keep key initiatives moving forward
* Support founders with operational tasks, planning, scheduling, and day‑to‑day company coordination
* Conduct research and analyses on markets, technology, and regulation (especially in DACH)
* Prepare materials for investors, customers, and partners, including slide decks and financial models
* Assist with early sales, presales, and partnership conversations, including German‑language materials
* Build internal processes across operations, hiring, finance, or compliance as the company grows
* Coordinate between engineering, product, and operations to ensure alignment and unblock progress
* Act as a strategic sounding board to the founders, providing feedback and clarity in ambiguous areas
