Responsibilities
* Configure, support, and optimize software and client‑management systems to ensure a stable and efficient IT infrastructure.
* Provide technical support to employees and onboard new customers to ease their start.
* Implement demanding IT projects, both remotely and on site at customer locations.
* Handle 1st and 2nd level support requests, resolve incidents quickly, and perform regular testing and quality checks.
Qualifications
* Completed IT training (EFZ) and initial experience in the IT field.
* Strong knowledge of networking technologies and device provisioning.
* Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and familiarity with IMAC processes.
* Experience with identity‑management systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and mobile device management solutions like Intune or Jamf.
* Proficient in German and competent in English.
