Qualifications
* Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial principles.
* Experience in operational support roles within retail, procurement, finance, or logistics.
* Strong learning agility with the ability and motivation to quickly develop proficiency in SAP (or similar procurement/invoice systems).
* Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel skills.
* Language proficiency in Business English and German.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Structured and self‑driven, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work at least one Saturday per month and one late shift per week.
Your responsibilities
* Support the invoice flow by coordinating with local and centralized accounting teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Responsible for general administrative support within Business Navigation.
* Ensure accurate and consistent data handling across systems and teams.
* Providing relevant, user‑friendly business information and promoting standardized reporting.
* Driving and coordinating the financial business planning process and ensuring that the financial dimensions are aligned with the store’s challenges and priorities while involving and creating commitment among stakeholders when setting goals.
* Providing the store management team with information, analysis and expert insight to steer the business towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long‑term profitability.
* Having the full understanding of the Profit & Loss for the store, following up on the result and creating forecasts and (if needed) activating scenario plans.
* Optimizing and developing the store results and performance continuously by implementing best practices, using close the gap to identify opportunities and follow‑up benchmarks KPIs.
* Providing relevant, user‑friendly business information, promoting standardized reporting and securing competence in the organization to allow for analysis and understanding of performance to make optimal business decisions.
* Securing that all investments are done with a proper analysis or business ROI considering all aspects of the different projects.
* Securing implementation of relevant rules and guidelines in the areas of Risk and compliance, cash administration routines, accounting rules, etc.
