Senior Test Manager (m/f/d) – XRay / Agile Projects / Test Strategy / Test Automation
Project: For a challenging project within the public sector, we are seeking an experienced Test Management Professional (m/f/d) with a focus on test management in agile environments, complex cross-organizational projects, as well as test strategy and test automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for test management in demanding digitization and development projects within a regulated environment. In addition to planning, managing, and coordinating all test activities, key responsibilities include liaising with various stakeholders and developing and refining test strategies.
Responsibilities Responsibility for test management in agile development and enhancement projects
Planning, controlling, and coordinating test activities across all relevant test levels
Representing test management in project committees and coordinating with specialist departments, development, external partners, and other stakeholders
Creating and developing test strategies for complex projects
Working with test management tools and maintaining and tracking test cases, test cycles, and defects
Contributing to the design, control, and implementation of test automation
Ensuring the quality, traceability, and documentation of test activities
Experience Several years of practical experience in test management
Several years of practical experience in agile methodologies as a test manager
Demonstrable experience as a test manager in regulated environments, ideally in public administration or similarly regulated industries
Experience in large projects and multi-stakeholder environments
Experience in independently developing test strategies
Experience with test management tools, ideally XRay, or alternatively with other established tools (e.g., Polarion)
Experience in test automation, particularly in design, management, and ideally implementation
Independent, proactive, and structured work style
