Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
Guide customers in navigating our products and services to enhance their experience
Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our service quality
Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous
Experience in customer service or support is a plus
Strong communication and active listening skills
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial
Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture
