 
        
        As Head of Accounting you will be leading and managing the accounting department, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, and developing financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
 * Department leadership: Oversee and manage the entire accounting department,
 * Financial reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all financial statements and reports.
 * Compliance and controls: Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulations. Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
 * Auditing: Coordinate and work with internal and external auditors to facilitate quarterly reviews and annual audits.
 * Budgeting and forecasting: Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for strategic planning.
 * Financial analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and advise senior management on financial strategy.
 * Policy and process: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
