AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG :
* Independent planning and implementation of sales strategies for innovative solutions for customers in the industrial sector
* Active acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, primarily through cold calling
* Identification, approach, and qualification of potential customers (lead generation)
* Convincing presentation of cutting-edge technology at customer appointments, trade fairs, and events
* Independent offer management and negotiation
* Development and use of performance indicators (e.g., number of contacts, appointment rate, closing rate) to measure and continuously increase sales success
* Comprehensive customer consulting and support – from initial contact to closing
* Regular travel within the DACH region
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL :
* Completed training or studies in sales, marketing, or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in sales and business development
* Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiating
* Experience with the direct customer contact – by phone and in person
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and hands on attitude
* Class B driver's license
* Native or near-native German language skills, English is a strong advantage
