We are now looking for a structured, reliable, and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle expense management, invoicing, and payments
* Maintain cost overviews and ensure accurate financial tracking
* Support with administrative tasks across projects and daily operations
* Assist in defining and implementing new processes and workflows
* Provide HR-related support, e.g. onboarding and documentation
* Collaborate on live events (remote prep and occasional on-site support)
Your Profile
* Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* High level of independence, but also a great team player
* Languages: English (proficient) and German (good command)
* Solid IT skills: MS Office, Bexio, Kontera
* Experience in administration, office management, finance, or HR assistance
* Interest in the event industry and openness to grow with the role
