DESCRIPTION:
You will work with your team in an exciting environment at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and the Commercial team. You will be responsible for the conception, development, and implementation of trade marketing activities in Switzerland and Austria
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Analyze current market trends and create brand-building and sales-growth plans based on marketing, channel, and customer strategies.
Execution: Implement activation measures at the Point of Sale (POS), including the monitoring, compliance, and evaluation of these activities.
Budget & Agency Management: Take full budget responsibility for brand activation measures and manage external agencies with a goal-oriented approach.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-departmental projects aimed at increasing the availability, visibility, and sales volume of our brands.
PROFILE:
Education & Experience: You hold a university degree with a focus on Marketing and Sales and have initial professional experience in Field Sales, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.
Mindset: You work analytically and creatively, possess strong conceptual skills, and contribute innovative ideas.
