Do you love selling premium products and quickly convey a positive customer experience? Then join our team as a full-time Store Manager (m/f/d) in our TUMI store in Landquart.
Your responsibilities:
* Together with the branch manager, you will be responsible for the economic success of the branch and, together with your team, will take on all associated operational tasks
* You will ensure excellent customer service in terms of advising customers and selling our high-quality products
* Active participation in sales
* You will be responsible for the store's representative visual appearance in accordance with TUMI specifications and guidelines
* Competition and market observations
Your profile:
* You already have several years of relevant professional experience as an Assistant Store Manager
* You have a strong sales focus, organizational skills, and a passion for luggage
* You enjoy managing and developing employees and have the ability to motivate a team by setting an example
* You have very good German and English skills; additional language skills are advantageous
* You impress with your well-groomed and professional appearance, as well as empathy for traveling customers
* You also have good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
